Adoption Consultant I
As an Adoption Consultant I, you are responsible for providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions. You will cultivate customer relationships to achieve adoption objectives and influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of external customer conversion and adoption projects. You will work to analyze and interpret end-user experience data to achieve success.
In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions by learning design best practices, core team deliverable services and evaluates the best way to engage with each customer. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the adoption process, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
