Senior Organisational Change Manager

This is a 24 Month Fixed term contract role and responsible to collaborate with Sponsors, Project Managers, and operational teams to develop and implement Organisational Change plans for major projects across Oceania, while supporting Senior Leadership in executing change strategies

Build the organisational capability of employees across Oceania Take ownership and responsibility for organisational change management activities associated with business projects in Oceania. This includes identifying and assessing the impact of change and developing effective change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of solutions being implemented on site. Change communications development for use by the business is integral to this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, create and manage the development and implementation of change management strategies across key projects and business transformations.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Conduct business impact assessments, identifying potential risks and obstacles, and work to mitigate them.
  • Apply a structured methodology, process and tools to lead change management activities.
  • Establish and monitor feedback mechanisms, including providing reports and recommendations on key themes.
  • Foster a strong understanding of change management best practices across the organisation.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organisation throughout the change process.
  • Develop and implement measurement systems to track the success of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience in managing complex projects and large organisational programs, with a solid understanding of Change Management disciplines 
  • Experience working in an Industrial relations landscape
  • At least 10+ years in a senior or leadership role with demonstrated success in leading and managing change across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Change Management disciplines 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation and tailor messages to suit different stakeholders
  • Change management certification
