Primary Position Objectives

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all safety standards of DP World are being implemented on ground.
• Design & implement SOP, Risk assessment and Gap analysis on periodic basis.
• Ensure all points and action plan related to CFS operations are closed on time.
• Be a safety activist for all CFS- BU related subjects.

• Ensure all operations are in line with standard process of Yard,Documentation, Export, Import & Bond.
• Implement robost process across operations to have error free and productive operations.
• Continually review, identify and introduce improved operating procedures and systems.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external customers to meet the customer requirements.
• Ensure proper 5S implementation at Yard & Warehouses.
• Plan and co-ordinate with all internal departments for monitoring complete process and its control measure.
• Response to internal & External customer on the status of the request like examination, destuffing, Warehouse movement etc.,

• Maintain complete MIS related to CFS operations.
• Generating daily reports & circulate to relevant stakeholders.
• Study equipments cost and other operational expenses and implement cost savings initiaitves.

• Implement digital initiatives and part of digital projects like YMS, WMS & IMS for implementation on ground.
• Co-ordinate with customs official for smooth operations.

• Responsibility to ensure cost are maintained within the budget.
• Closely monitor the revenue and other incomes and update BUH for more profitable business.
• Drive continual improvement culture across the units

• Drive & Co-ordinate with other functions to ensure smooth function of CFS in line with the business objective.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Graduate with 15 to 25 + years in the CFS industry.
• Good communication and interpresonal skills.
• Team handling exposure of 12+ years.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Effective planning and organisational skills.
• Should be self starter, and go beyond the boundaries to meet the business objectives.
